Very good story and well-written. I noticed one *very* minor inconsistency with Isabeau of Greenlea's writing, at least I think it's an inconsistency. You say, "the people of Khand, who are even darker than the Haradrim, almost black in fact, fair-skinned women and boys are highly desired." But in Dol Amroth Yule, the Khandian (?) pirate woman that Isabeau wrote about had, as I recall, light gold skin, copper-colored hair and green eyes. Probably doesn't matter.

I really enjoyed the glimpse into Imri and Andra's early months together, and Andra's struggle with adjusting to all things Dol Amroth. I always wondered how Imrahil found out about Andrahar's past, as it wouldn't be something easy to tell even your best friend. Your Figwit was simply marvelous - I wish I had a great-uncle so wise.

And Isabeau's epilogue still makes me teary-eyed, even after reading it for probably the tenth time....

For some reason, the last half of Ch. 2 is all italicized. Still great reading, of course! Thanks for sharing this!
