| Story Time Master Samwise, gardener and patriarch, often told his tribe tales from the Great Red Book. Uncle Bilbo’s Party was a favourite, as were the silly Were-Worms. But as the children grew, the stories grew too – and, one night, he told them of the proud Elven hosts that marched against the Dark Lord. He told them of the treachery of Men – and of their courage too. Of one man, standing alone, crying out that the day would come again. The room was still. Sam knew what they were thinking.
