Description:
Some years before the final War of the Ring begins, the Lord Steward Denethor chose a young woman of the lesser nobility to serve as Chatelaine and hostess for the Citadel of Minas Tirith. For Lynessë of Pinnath Gelin this is a chance to get away from her overbearing mother's attempts to see her suitably married--or is it? Lynessë, after all, has her own ideas as to what she seeks in male companionship.
