| “Gimli, it’s green...” The Elf’s face showed amused disgust. “Aye, green as the grass and trees, green as your warrior’s skills...” Legolas pierced him with a reproving stare. “But why is it green?” “Awwww! You’re over thinking it lad! Bottoms up.” The archer eyed the emerald liquid with veiled distrust, raised the cup and sniffed warily. Smelling naught, he took a deep swallow. Fire burned him from within as a noxious bitterness filled his mouth. Choking he slammed the rest onto the table. Guffawing, Gimli gently pounded the green-faced Elf’s back. “Now that lends new meaning to the name ‘Calenlas!’” |
