My one regret, Frodo shared with his friend as they stood upon a headland looking back toward Middle Earth and their shared memories there, was that I left no children in the Shire. Sam merely shook his head. “Left no children? Now, Frodo, don’t be a ninny-hammer. And Pippin and Merry feel the same about those born to them.” |
