Bio: Suilaid. Alassante eneth nîn. Or for you non-Sindarin folks, Greetings, my name is Alassante. I have been writing Het only Lord of the Rings fanfiction since November 2004. I also started dabbling in Silmarillion fiction late last year. I am a huge fan of the House of Finwe - all those naughty ones, Feanor, Curufin, Caranthir, Celegorm, Celebrimbor, Maeglin, plus the not so naughty ones like Fingolfin. I also love Glorfindel, Elrohir, and Elladan. I am a huge Noldork (fan of Noldo elves).TheAinur are fascinating as well - Varda, Manwe, Ulmo, Osse, Annatar,and yes, even Melkor. Melkor and Annatar might be bad but they are fascinating. I used to be a major Legolas fan but once I was exposed to book verse and the Silmaril, my love for Legolas dwindled slightly. But movie verse I love Legolas, Galadriel, Aragorn, and Eomer. I also like book verse Theodred and Thranduil. All of my stories are posted on Open Scrolls Archive (OSA) and some are on Stories of Arda (SoA), Sweet Dreams Sanctuary (SDS), Tolkien Fanfiction (TFF), Fanfiction.net, and my Writing Live Journal. I run two groups as well - Quenta Eldarion, a First Age AU RPG that I am trying to start up, and Drabble Madness, an LJ Community that is for multi-fandom drabbles. I also helped out with the 2006 My Precious Awards (MPAs). I also was pleased to win some 2006 MEFAs for 3 of my stories and make it to the semi-finals in the 2006 Mithril with one story.
