Bio: I guess I owe my complete and total fascination of LOTR first, to Peter Jackson and his absolutely phenomenal films; second, to my friends who absolutely refused to answer my questions about stuff ("Go read the books!"); and third, to Tolkien himself. I picked up my own set of LOTR and plowed through Fellowship and Two Towers. I had never been able to before, and it was like reading a short story. I held off on reading Return Of The King until after the movie, much to the shock and chagrin of my friends. I did not want to be spoiled. ;-) After the movie, I went straight home and read the book. On January 19th, 2004, I joined the LOTR Discussion Group. A few months later, my introduction into the world of fan fiction was complete! I began writing in March of 2004. Later in the year, I joined two more groups, both of which harbor fanfiction writers. I am not really new to the world of writing, though. I was an author of sorts in high school. Once I graduated, though, I lost my motivation and passion for writing. That was 11 years ago. Now, I've completed four stories, nine challenges, and five works-in-progress. Three of which are co-authored by my dear friend, (and webmistress!) Rhapsody. The latter mentioned stories contain a nice mix of canon characters and original characters. My intention is to write a "Timeline" story, a series of stories connected through a family history. The stories will begin with the originators of the family line and follow the line of descendants until I'm done. My stories will encompass all the ages of Middle Earth! I hope you enjoy them!
