This was facinating. I am surprised that there are no reviews for it. A wonderful look into children's perceptions of each other. And so well-written. Thank you, so much, for sharing.

Marta, this is a gorgeous story. I really like the way you've drawn Thris as proud and suspicious, just as a dwarf should be, but also curious, as befitting a child; and respectful and eager to learn from Bolin.
Have you written more (other than the newly posted drabble) with these characters? I'd be very interested in reading how their friendship developed as the grew up, entered into their careers, and started families of their own.
Thank you for pointing me here! This was a lovely resting place in my afternoon.
