Excellent tale. Just really enjoyed seeing the Fellowship in a quiet moment. Loved the raparte between Gimli and Legolas and Pip's part in it.
But, as a Broomir lover, most especially loved that part the best.
I had a problem with this paragraph - the wording in the one sentence especially.
It was not until he began his training as a soldier that the danger from Sauron’s minions that Boromir might have been placing his younger brother in became apparent.
And I loved this insight as to a mother's love! He would never have forgiven himself if Faramir had come to harm, but it was not until years after her death that he learned that his mother had been well aware of her sons’ continuing little forays, and had ensured that they were followed at all times by a few of Denethor’s guards.
Very nice tale - I will recommend it to friends.

Hi Jenolas...I agree with Agape, I love these little "looks" at the Fellowship in gapfiller moments. It is particularly interesting to see interaction between Legolas and Boromir...not a pair you often see conversing in fan fiction.
Nicely done!
